The legal expert, Ali al-Tamimi, Sunday, that the largest bloc is still not clear and must resort to the Federal Court to determine, indicating that the President of the Republic should nominate the candidate of the largest bloc to form a government.

He added that "the largest bloc is still not clear, as it should be addressed to the Federal Court to know, for the President of the Republic to encircle its candidate to form his cabinet."
Al-Tamimi explained that "in the event of the failure of the President of the Republic in the selection of ministers after the expiration of 30 days (the constitutional period), this is considered a constitutional breach and the outcome of the session of parliament is subject to appeal before the Federal Court."Ending / 25 n
