Foreign Minister Mohammed Ali Al-Hakim discussed with [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/134873/%D9%86%D8%B8%D9%8A%D8%B1%D9%87 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%83%D9%88%D9%8A%D8%AA%D9%8A]his Kuwaiti counterpart[/url] Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Muhammad Al-Sabah that all the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/48293/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B7 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%81%D9%8A%D8%A9]points of disagreement should[/url] be clarified in a way that would benefit the peoples of the two brotherly countries.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: "Al-Hakim met [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/134873/%D9%86%D8%B8%D9%8A%D8%B1%D9%87 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%83%D9%88%D9%8A%D8%AA%D9%8A]his Kuwaiti counterpart[/url] on the sidelines of the Munich Conference on International Security, and discussed ways to advance the prospects for bilateral cooperation, especially on the security side. The Minister Al-Hakim expressed Iraq's interest in the file of Kuwaiti prisoners and missing persons."
He added that the two sides also discussed developing cooperation in the field of trade and investment, and encouraging Kuwaiti investors to invest in Iraq, especially following up the outputs and obligations of the Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq, and achieving more economic openness in addition to working to zero all [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/48293/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B7 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%81%D9%8A%D8%A9]points of disagreement[/url] in a way that benefits the peoples of the two brotherly countries.
