Al-Tamimi: Cancellation of the caretaker government’s decisions, legal and constitutional

Legal expert Ali al-Tamimi said: "The decision of the caretaker government is legal and constitutional."
Al-Tamimi said in a press statement: "Constitutionally and legally, Al-Kazemi can annul all decisions taken by Abdul-Mahdi during the six-month period of the business, because it violates Article 61 of the Constitution and has not been ratified by Parliament."
Al-Tamimi added: "One of these decisions is the appointment of special grades, contracts, agreements, sacks and legislation, and all of them are outside the concept of conducting business."
He explained: "Abdul-Mahdi's decisions violated Article 42 of the internal system of the Council of Ministers ... which defined the powers of the caretaker government."
