[rtl]Baghdad / Nina / Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi stressed: "The cancellation of the caretaker government’s decisions is legal and constitutional."
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ): "Constitutionally and legally, Al-Kazemi can annul all decisions taken by Abdul-Mahdi during the six-month business term, because it violates Article 61 of the constitution and has not been ratified by Parliament."
Al-Tamimi added: "These decisions are to assign special grades, contracts, agreements, and dismissals ... and to legislate laws ... and all of them are outside the concept of conducting business."
He explained: "Abdul-Mahdi's decisions violated Article 42 of the internal system of the Council of Ministers ... which defined the powers of the caretaker government."
Al-Tamimi added that: “The aggrieved party may resort to the administrative judiciary.” End 3[/rtl]
