    (newsletter).The Presidency confirmed the House parliamentary meeting
    held under the chairmanship of House speaker Osama Al-nujaifi said
    Monday the importance of early agreement on the vote on the federal
    budget for 2013.

    A statement to the House of representatives
    received (News Agency) a copy of: the President of the Council stressed
    that negotiations with the parliamentary blocs on some budget issues
    require continuing and he hoped the completion of the negotiation
    process between parliamentary blocs, officials in Baghdad and Kurdistan
    to identify early date to convene a session of Parliament if an
    agreement allowing a vote on the budget, noting that the meeting today
    between the parliamentary blocs and the Ministers of finance and of the
    Federal oil on some paragraphs in the budget was positive.

    It
    added: Sheikh Khalid Al-Attiya, the Deputy said that the Finance
    Committee has confirmed its readiness to offer a budget vote but there
    is a moot point.

    He said MP Mohsen saadun that everyone agree on
    voting at the completion of a few aspects of the budget, where we have
    more than one proposal and clarified during the meeting today, some
    things, indicating that the budget vote to be held to clarify the
    technical aspects only until the vote is complete, which requires giving
    the expanse of time to reach agreement.

    MP Falah Hassan called
    for the Presidency of the Council to set a date next week for a meeting
    with Messrs. Oil Minister and oil Minister and financial control
    Kurdistan and representatives of parliamentary blocs to reach an
    agreement through which the vote on the budget.

    Haider Al-Abbadi, Chairman of the Finance Committee that the
