The Federal Integrity Commission reported, on Wednesday, the issuance of a ruling ordering severe imprisonment against the former general manager of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank; For "intentionally committing a violation of the duties of his position."
The Commission’s Investigation Department said, according to a statement received by Mawazine News, that “the Rusafa Misdemeanor Court, which is specialized in cases of integrity, issued a sentence in absentia of three years in prison against the former general manager of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank, on the charge of replacing the loan granted to one of the borrowers from a letter of guarantee to a A real estate guarantee, indicating that he did so without obtaining the approval of the bank’s board of directors.
The circuit added, "The Rusafa Misdemeanor Court specialized in cases of integrity, after reviewing the evidence obtained in the case, found it sufficient and convincing to convict the accused, so it decided to convict him, based on the provisions of Article (331) of the Penal Code." Ended 29/N33
