    He pointed out that "the Council of Ministers to resolve some relevant aspects with respect to operating expenses and investment to what he believes to provide the amounts and allocations required for some aspects, including the military and the popular crowd on the grounds that there are amounts due should be paid."

    He noted that "all these things will be discussed in detail with the development priorities to be addressed at the special meeting, which shall be determined by the Prime Minister with the necessity of taking into consideration not to enter a big problem on the subject of the deficit and increase its figures including not commensurate with the potential of the potential for the export of oil or other income" . 

    He explained that there was a decrease happened in the export of oil, compared with estimates for the budget set by the previous government "up to one million barrels per day, leaving raised a negative impact on securing some dues," noting that "the terms of the grades will be revisited by what was listed before the month of June the past. " 

    He pointed out that "the budget has become a two-pronged first is the actual budget that have been made to this end of the month of August and the second part of the remaining months of the fiscal year."

" 

    He pointed out that the intent of the legislation, the budget "has become to legitimize the government, including disbursements accounted for 1/12 for a period of years," explaining that "the most important amendments is to transform the investment budget and the Department of jobs to offset the year 2015." 
    He noted that "the launch of the salaries of the staff of the Kurdistan needs to be a political agreement." 

    Explained to the Kurdistan Alliance MP Najiba Najib that "the most anticipated amendments to the budget for 2014 will be in the expenditure figures, revenue and deficit." 

    She said Najib told the "term" that "expenditure and deficit and revenue conjecture exaggerated or inaccurate, and do not exist on the ground, so it is necessary to make some adjustments," noting that "the prime minister committed himself to resolving all outstanding problems with the Kurdistan including where the problem of salaries. " 
    She said "negotiations and dialogues between the federal government and the Kurdistan continues, in the event come to an agreement, it will accelerate enrollment in the ministerial cabinet Kurds cab."
