[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]BAGHDAD, March 5 (Xinhua) - The National Security Council chaired by Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi decided to take a package of measures to facilitate granting visas to investors and businessmen wishing to invest in Iraq.
A statement by the Office of Abadi said on Sunday evening that "Abadi presided over a meeting of the Ministerial Council for National Security, during which the meeting was briefed on the preparations of the security committee responsible for securing the process of the upcoming parliamentary elections and discussing these preparations. "He said.
He added that "during the meeting also took measures to facilitate the granting of entry visa to investors and businessmen wishing to invest in Iraq after the security stability in the country and the large turnout by investors in Iraq."
He pointed out that "the Council also continued the intelligence effort and ways to strengthen the security plans to hunt down elements and terrorist cells, and the implementation of previous decisions and discuss a number of other topics on the agenda."Finished
