[rtl]The Directorate of Muthanna Agriculture confirmed on Wednesday that fish farming projects in the province cover more than 80% of the needs of consumers in the province of fish products.[/rtl]
[rtl]"These projects, which export daily dozens of tons of live fish to local markets, operate in two ways, floating cages and lakes," the ministry said in a statement.[/rtl]
[rtl]The statement pointed out that "the method of floating cages are low cost and address the scarcity of water as well as shortening the area," noting that "its directorate provides support to the owners of these projects as well as veterinary supervision services."[/rtl]
