Moussawi said in a press statement: "The draft budget allocated about 20 percent of the allocations to the Ministries of Interior and Defense, and that is why the conflict between the two portfolios between the political blocs, because they constitute an important financial resource for them."
He added: "The debate now gets to reduce this ratio, which we see is very large, as the risk of organizing a call to the terrorist has fallen to the lowest levels, and we seek to rotate part of those allocations to the investment budget."
