    Baghdad - Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, under the pressure of time to avoid the overthrow of his government, because of the decline of the political blocs in support of him and the large number of protestors.
    The Iraqi parliament finally approved on Monday the appointment of three other ministers nominated by Abdul Mahdi, including the ministers of defense and interior.
    Parliament approved the appointment of Najah al-Shammari as defense minister, Yasin al-Yasiri as interior minister and Farouk Amin as minister of justice.
    A session of the Iraqi parliament was held in the presence of 233 deputies. The vote was given to confidence of Najah al-Shammari, defense minister, Taha Hassan al-Yasiri, minister of interior and Farouk Amin Othman al-Shwani as minister of justice.
    It was agreed that the cabinet should be "completed" within a maximum period of two weeks from now, in order to enhance confidence in the ability of the political forces of Parliament to overcome differences and avoid them in such circumstances.
    The Fatah alliance represents the political representative of the popular crowd led by Hadi al-Amiri, leader of the Badr militia, a key supporter of the government of Abdul Mahdi. The movement of the Shiite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr, although he actively participated in the formation of the government, it continues to pressure and issue warnings to improve its performance and to accelerate the completion of the formation, in order to protect them from the fall, which increased the likelihood with the entry of summer and the rising anger of the street from the deterioration of services.
    Sadr does not want the government to participate in its failure and shows the appearance of support at the expense of the demands of the street, which has always been a supporter of the protests, but a participant, which earned him popularity and make it a difficult figure in the political equation in place.
    Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr renewed his demand for independent technocrats to fill vacant portfolios in the current Iraqi government.
    "I still have the position that the government should be made up of independent technocrats and that everyone should work for the interests of the people, not the party or the group," Sadr said in a press release.
    Sadr stressed that "the innocence of those who hold positions and determined to distance themselves from positions and jobs that are in accordance with the wrong standards."
    "The status of services is still deteriorating and the government is not really able to improve services," he said.
    On the other hand, announced the Shiite leader Ammar al-Hakim, the leader of the National Wisdom Movement to withdraw from the presidency of the reform movement in the Iraqi parliament and go to the opposition movement, "constitutional and constructive national policy and practice this role in word and deed."
    Al-Hakim said in a press statement: "After the decision of the National Wisdom Movement to go to the constructive national constitutional political opposition and practice this role in word and deed, we appreciate the great trust that the brothers in the leadership of the Alliance for Reform and Reconstruction gave us.
    It is noteworthy that the National Wisdom Movement joined the Alliance of Reform and Reconstruction, which includes blocks led by Muqtada al-Sadr and victory led by former Prime Minister Haider Abadi and other currents formed an alliance of about 130 deputies in the Iraqi parliament.
