Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Torhan Mufti, Monday, wait for the file to transfer management of the ration card to the provinces, which was scheduled for next July.
Mufti said the Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN), "The Council of Ministers decided to wait to transfer a file ration card to the provinces for several reasons, notably the delay in approving the federal budget and the lack of financial liquidity, and the presence of problematic in some provinces."
Mufti added that "The file was supposed to move to the provinces in the next July, but in order due to the presence of some provinces until now had not completed procedures for the receipt of the file", noting that "the government would be unable to transfer the file to the province without the other."
"It did not specify a date until now to transfer the file to the provinces."
It was supposed to take over the provinces, according to an earlier decision of the ration card file management last April that the cabinet, but decided to postpone it until next July.
