The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced, on Monday, that it granted loans to 335 job seekers from the beginning of this year until now.
"The department has granted 335 loans to job seekers since the beginning of this year until now, who are registered with its database, and for both sexes," said Raed Jabbar Bahd, director of the Labor and Vocational Training Department in the ministry, in a statement seen by him / the information.
Bahd added, "It was done after the procedures required for the basic grants, noting that his department has shown great interest in the loan fund project, as it contributes to implementing strategies to eliminate unemployment and reduce poverty", stating that "the number of borrowers over the past seven years, reached 43 thousand And 868, as well as granting 463 loans within the community-based rehabilitation program. ”
He explained, that his department “granted a license to practice a profession during the month of January for nearly 880 projects visited in the field, while it granted 335 loans to job seekers since the beginning of the current year until now”, noting that “the committees of the industrial services department in the department carried out visits Field projects, laboratories and maintenance shops to give them a license to practice the profession for the same period.
