Head of Integrity at the Baghdad Conference: Some countries are incubators and stand in the way of returning looted funds

{Political: Al Furat News} The head of the Integrity Commission said, on Wednesday, that some countries are considered incubators and stand as an obstacle in returning the looted funds.
The Heads of the Integrity Commission and the Head of the Stolen Funds Recovery Fund Alaa Jawad said: "The conference is an important step to recover Iraq's money, and we hope that the conference will lead to recommendations to return the looted funds."
He added: "Some countries are incubators and stand an obstacle in returning the looted funds, and Iraq is still suffering from the lack of cooperation of countries in recovering the funds."
