    Iraq and the European Union on Sunday signed a new financial agreement to support the post-war effort and help to promote development, transparency and accountability in the region and the elimination of pollution and the amount of 72 million euros.

    He added that the agreements deal with issues of decentralization and support of the oil sector, as well as support for the return of displaced people to their areas of residence, especially after the removal of mines from their areas and the reconstruction of liberated cities.
    He pointed out that "the delegation of the European Union will visit a number of areas within the tour to Iraq."
