In a statement received by Alsumaria News, Al-Alaywi said, "Efforts are being made to include all 4,937 job grades for veterinarians within the 2022 budget."
He added, "Including these grades in the budget of last year and not the current year 2023 is due to the speedy issuance of orders to install them on permanent staffing without waiting for the approval of the current year's budget."
The Minister of Agriculture attributed the reason for this to "the ministry's actual need for veterinary medical specializations in the various departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and ensuring that this segment obtains its due, which it has been denied for a long time."
The Minister of Agriculture referred to "the books of the Ministry of Agriculture addressed to the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Service Council, and the recent letter of the Ministry of Agriculture addressed to the office of the Prime Minister to approve these job grades within the budget for the year 2022, similar to other job segments, to ensure obtaining their functional and financial rights."

The Minister of Agriculture, Abbas Jabr Al-Alaywi, announced today, Tuesday, the inclusion of job grades for veterinarians within the 2022 budget.
In a statement received by Alsumaria News, Al-Alaywi said, "Efforts are being made to include all 4,937 job grades for veterinarians within the 2022 budget."
