    On Sunday, the head of the Federal Public Service Council, Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, confirmed the council's readiness to launch the recruitment form.
    The Service Council said in a statement, “The head of the Federal Public Service Council, Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, visited the Bureau of Financial Supervision today and met with the Bureau’s president, Ammar Sobhi Khalaf, and the head of the Integrity Commission, Haider Hanoun,” noting that “the meeting witnessed an extensive discussion about the ongoing preparations to launch the remaining (31,418) job grades for those covered by Law (59/67) for the year 2017 for graduates with higher degrees and the three Wael.
    Al-Tamimi affirmed, "The council is ready and ready to launch the employment form once the data and information from the partners in the recruitment process are completed and the requirements for indicating job restrictions for all recruits and contractors in state institutions in a way that does not allow repetition of codes and prevents all those who have job restrictions from applying for employment again in a way that guarantees the rights of graduates not to get their job grades crowded and to obtain their fair and equitable entitlement," noting that "the Federal Public Service Council has addressed the Ministry of Finance And the Federal Office of Financial Supervision is in the process of updating their data for all those who were included in the appointment to permanent staffing in the various state departments and institutions (contracts, employees, lecturers, and others).
    And he stated that "all ministries must provide the Federal Bureau of Financial Supervision with all the data of the former contractors, whether they were installed according to the decisions of the Council of Ministers taken regarding the installation of contractors on permanent staffing in ministries and entities not associated with a ministry and all governorates, or who will be contracted with based on the legal texts included in the Federal General Budget Law for the three years (2025, 2024, 2023)."
    He explained, "This came in order to perpetuate transparency, justice and fairness, and to identify those who are actually included among the first and holders of higher degrees in applying for the electronic form, in a way that secures the need of state institutions for human resources in precise specializations in order to enhance building a state of institutions."
