The Commission stated, in a statement received by [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/133473/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%88%D9%85%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D9%86%D9%8A%D9%88%D8%B2/ar/]Alsumaria News[/url], that “the memorandum of understanding, which was signed on behalf of the Commission by its Chairman (Haider Hanoun), and on behalf of the General Prosecutor’s Office in the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/48006/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B3%D9%8A/ar/]Russian Federation[/url], the Prosecutor General (Igor Krasnov), aims to share and exchange visions, policies, experiences and studies regarding measures.” Comprehensive measures taken to prevent and combat corruption, and the implementation of technical plans related to areas of cooperation in accordance with this Memorandum, as well as the exchange of information in the field of non-criminal investigations on suspected violations committed by officials, including data related to their bank accounts, participation in businesses, other property, beneficial ownership and permits.
