    [rtl]The Parliamentary Finance Committee expressed its concern about the delay in disbursing federal budget allocations so far, especially with regard to the implementation of projects, while revealing that it will host officials during the next week.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Committee member Mustafa Al-Karaawi said in a press interview, “Parliamentary Finance has set next Thursday or next week as a date to host Finance Minister Taif Sami, to discuss the reasons for the delay in disbursing federal budget allocations and what is related to financing projects whose requirements have been completed by the Ministry of Planning.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Karaawi explained, “The delay in disbursing budget funds by the Ministry of Finance constitutes a major concern for the Finance Committee and the House of Representatives, given that the remaining period of this year is almost over,” pointing out that “there are financial allocations that do not fund projects, and this is what It will create new lagging projects, which requires work to follow up on this file with the Ministry of Finance.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Karaawi added, “The Finance Committee will host, in the coming days, the Federal Minister of Finance, as well as the Minister of Finance of the Kurdistan Region, to discuss the issue of salaries within the region, their delay, and the possibility of disbursing them from Baghdad.”[/rtl]



    [rtl]Regarding the crisis of the rise in the dollar exchange rate, Al-Karaawi said, “The House of Representatives is determined to host the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, during the next few days, to discuss the reasons for the fluctuation of the exchange rate and the bank’s inability to control it, despite taking a series of various packages and measures.”[/rtl]
