    On Saturday, the Minister of Education, Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri, directed that the budget be spent in an optimal manner and according to the financial allocation for each directorate .
    A statement from the ministry, seen by Al-Iqtisad News, stated, “This came during a meeting between Al-Jubouri and senior leaders, including agents and general directors of education throughout Iraq, where he discussed strengthening the foundations for launching educational projects, achieving a fair settlement between educational and teaching bodies, and giving priority attention to electronic programs and modern systems.” In line with twinning and the development taking place in other countries of the world .”
    The statement revealed "the outcomes of the meeting, which included forming a field committee in each directorate in order to identify work challenges and activate lagging projects falling under the Ministry's project number one, circulating the Information Management System (Emis) program to the remaining general directorates, and drawing up a plan to launch training courses and tests for the purpose of granting ... Accredited ministerial certificates with leadership training (TOT) to improve the level of educational performance .”
    He added, "Al-Jubouri stressed on disbursing the budget in an optimal manner and according to the financial allocation for each directorate, directed by the work of a committee consisting of departments and divisions of finance, control, legal, and planning to establish a mechanism for disbursing the tripartite budget and accelerating the implementation of urgent projects. "
