70% of local governments have been decided for the framework and three governorates are pending

Yesterday, Saturday, MP Aqeel Al-Qatlawi revealed the results of an “important” meeting of the coordination framework forces, noting that 7 out of 10 governorates were decided for the framework.
Al-Fatlawi said, “The forces of the coordination framework concluded an important meeting, accompanied by a specialized committee concerned with the mechanisms for deciding positions according to the principles of points and entitlements for each political bloc.”
He added, “The understandings are taking place according to their normal course, and the file of the governorates in which the framework recorded the highest results, that is, those in which there were no winning governors, has been resolved, and it has been agreed to name the regions and positions. As for the governorates of Karbala, Basra, and Wasit, the matter is different, especially Basra and Wasit, and two options must be pursued. The first is Creating understandings or transferring one or more members from one bloc to another is difficult, so the latter is the best.” He pointed out that “there is no problem in the provinces that have diverse components and the process of forming governments in them will proceed naturally, but Basra and Wasit need a satisfactory agreement for all parties, so the mechanism for resolving the formation of their government may be delayed somewhat.”
The framework in Basra won 9 seats out of 23, while in Karbala it got 5 out of 13 seats, and in Wasit it got 6 out of 15, in exchange for the highest seats in these governorates going to the blocs affiliated with the current governors of these three governorates.
In contrast, the framework won 12 out of 14 seats in Maysan, 11 out of 18 in Dhi Qar, 23 out of 52 in Baghdad, 10 out of 18 in Babylon, 8 out of 15 in Najaf, 9 out of 12 in Muthanna, and 9 Out of 14 in Diwaniyah, which makes him dominate the largest number of seats in 7 governorates.
