    [rtl]The value of certificates of origin issued by the Amman Chamber of Commerce to export goods and products to Arab and foreign countries during the past two months of the current year increased by 1.1% compared to the same period of last year 2023, while the Chamber’s exports to Iraq amounted to about 100 million dollars.
     
    According to statistical data from the Chamber, Amman’s trade exports increased during the last two months of the current year 2024 to about 187 million Jordanian dinars (Jordanian dinar = 1.4 US dollars), compared to 184 million Jordanian dinars for the same period last year.
     
    On the other hand, the number of certificates of origin issued by the Chamber during the past two months of the current year decreased by 13.9%, reaching 3,486 certificates, compared to 4,048 certificates for the same period last year.
     
    The certificates of origin issued by the Chamber during the past two months of this year went to many countries, most notably Saudi Arabia with 576 certificates, then Iraq 344, then the United Arab Emirates 334, Egypt 172, and India with 24 certificates.
     
    Exports were distributed during the last two months of this year to many countries, led by Iraq with a value of about 100 million dinars, followed by Egypt with 16 million dinars, the United Arab Emirates with 15 million dinars, then Saudi Arabia with 10 million dinars, then India with a value of about 7 million dinars.
     
    According to statistical data, exports of foreign products (re-exports) during the last two months of this year amounted to about 105 million dinars, then industrial products amounted to 35 million dinars, Arabic products amounted to about 18 million dinars, agricultural products amounted to 16 million dinars, and the rest went to other products.
     
    The Amman Chamber of Commerce, which was established in 1923, issues certificates of origin for agricultural and animal products and raw Jordanian natural resources, for foreign goods that are re-exported and for foreign goods purchased from the local market under specific and specific conditions.
