    between the former MP Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, on Sunday that parliament President Mohamed Halbusi has the responsibility to determine the time and venue of the parliamentary session in this extraordinary situation, pointing out that the House of Representatives is absent from the meeting came because of the situation in Baghdad disorder.
    Jaafar said in a statement to the information, that "Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbousi is responsible for setting a new date for the meeting of the parliament in addition to choosing a safer alternative place and can pass easily for the meeting."
    He added that "the turmoil of the situation at the gates of the Green Zone and demonstrations in Baghdad and a number of provinces prevented the presence of deputies to parliament."
    He said that "Parliament must hold its meeting at the invitation of Halbousi or the Presidents of the Republic or the government, and declare a state of emergency and take measures to calm the situation in the country." Finished 25 N
