    Baghdad Today - Baghdad
Today, Sunday (February 4, 2024), Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani urged the service effort team to complete what they have to start new service projects.
A statement from his office received by “Baghdad Today” stated that Al-Sudani “today chaired a meeting of the service and engineering effort team, during which a comprehensive review took place of the implementation progress of the projects undertaken by the effort team, in addition to following up on the completion rates in the projects approved in 2023 in Baghdad and the governorates.”
The meeting witnessed “deliberation on the financial position of the team’s projects, the percentages of disbursed and remaining amounts, and the amounts registered in progress and financing, and a discussion of the role of the Engineers Syndicate, which is represented in engineering supervision in accordance with the implemented specifications of what is decided for each project,” according to the statement.
The meeting also discussed, according to Al-Sudani’s office, “work paths in accordance with the specific allocations for the projects, and the service effort team’s use of its capabilities and capabilities to complete the incomplete projects, and initiate new projects in the second half of next year, in addition to meeting the service aspects according to the priorities and necessities that are in contact with the lives of citizens.” ".
The Prime Minister touched on "the files to support the service and engineering effort team for the ongoing work in the field of electrical energy, the necessary preparations for next summer, and the development of the necessary emergency plans to ensure the continued supply of electrical energy to citizens in an efficient and continuous manner."
