    [rtl]The Ministry of Agriculture announced today, Thursday, the imminent launch of subsidized loans for farmers, indicating that it is proceeding with coordination with the Ministry of Finance for these loans.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The ministry's spokesman, Mohammed Abdul-Ridha Al-Khuza'i, said, "The winter agricultural plan for wheat and barley crops, as well as the rest of the agricultural crops, is proceeding according to plan," indicating that "the areas allocated for wheat cultivation were estimated at about 4 million and 800 thousand dunums, of which 1 million and 660 thousand dunums are irrigated lands and 3 million and 140 thousand dunums are desert lands."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added, "The plan includes one million dunums of land for orchards and 200,000 dunums for barley cultivation."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added, "There are subsidized loans for farmers through the Agricultural Bank and the Central Bank," noting that "the Agricultural Bank loans, which are part of the Ministry of Agriculture's allocations, have not been released yet."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He stressed that "the ministry is proceeding in coordination with the bank and the Ministry of Finance to allocate financial resources for these loans to be launched soon with special conditions and guarantees to ensure that farmers, breeders and ranchers benefit from these loans," noting that "the Ministry of Agriculture seeks through these loans to ensure that farmers benefit and allocate them to expand existing projects to serve the land and agricultural reality, as there was a previous experience and at that time most farmers did not benefit from it, and the money they borrowed was not allocated to improve their agricultural reality for the farmer, rancher and rancher, and therefore they suffered in the way of repaying these loans, which were not optimally utilized."[/rtl]
