     {Baghdad: Euphrates News} confirmed for the economy and investment committee that routine parliamentary and extra episodes in the state departments delay the completion of transactions of citizens and investors.

     Said committee member Amer winner told {Euphrates News} that "killer routine pursued by government departments, causing delays across the country and not only the economy, but the economy on top of things is what matters to us now."

    He added that the "red tape and extra episodes in the departments and institutions of the state delay the completion of transactions of citizens and investors alike and be the cause of the expulsion of investment and not lured."

    He continued, "so you must remove the rings excess because the treatment pass on as well as the person to sign these things do not have a reason and, like checkpoints security in the streets which is hampering things citizens and walk not going to work based on what we are seeing now from the deterioration in this regard."

     He complains citizens routine killer in circles and state institutions and seminars excess so that the treatment that requires completion day or two completed a month or more and that this has been completed without errors or obstacles are, as well as investors, whether they are Iraqis or others affects the process of agreeing on projects and deliverables and thus loss country.
