Cabinet transmit the responsibility of processing the ration card to the provinces

The Council of Ministers decided to "be the responsibility of the ration card processing by the provinces from the beginning of the year 2014."
He explained that "with the exception of resolution subjects flour and wheat, where it remains processed centrally by the Ministry of Commerce."
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in a press statement on Thursday that "the Council instructed the Ministry of Commerce to pay for the value of citizens foodstuffs that have not received them in the past months."
