    Parliamentarians engaged in efforts to address the Kuwait to cancel the Khawr Abd Allah Conventions and railways signed between the two days of the response of the Iraqi Federal Court after a lawsuit to challenge the Convention. 
    The Federal Court has received, last Thursday, a suit made by high Nassif MP to appeal to the Convention to organize river navigation between Iraq and Kuwait, noting that the House of Representatives already voted on the agreement by simple majority. 
    The House of Representatives formed a committee to study the issue after leaks spoke about the cabinet vote on the monitoring of financial allocation for the demarcation of maritime borders with Kuwait in the Khawr Abd Allah , south of Basra. 
    MP for the province of Basra , Zaher al - Abadi, during yesterday 's meeting, " The government has to submit a request for Kuwait to cancel the Khawr Abd Allah Conventions and railways." 
    Ebadi said in a joint news conference with high Nassif MP, was held in the parliament and attended (range), "it was submit names for membership of the Committee which was approved by Parliament in order to complete the legal procedures, we will take legal framework to provide a case to the Federal Court on this issue." 
    Addressing Kuwaiti MP Basri said : "We are against Saddam damned policy and what he did in Kuwait, and we defend the sons of Kuwait in our fight against Daesh." 
    In turn, gave high Nassif MP blamed the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to file left by the creek between the political blocs. The MP made the appeal to the Convention that " the lawsuit filed against the agreement received a form and we will be activated to the Federal Court to cancel it ." 
    This comes in the context of the movements of the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to deal with a number of interrogation requests to be implemented in the coming days. 
    And it demanded the MP Magda al - Tamimi, a member of the parliamentary finance committee, to set a date soon for questioning the Electoral Commission 
     for elections. 
    She said Tamimi, at a press conference inside the parliament building, and attended (range) yesterday, said he "was referred prescribed to the election commission about the interrogation questions , " asking for " the need to set a date soon for questioning by the Presidency of the Council of Representatives." 
    She explained the Liberal bloc member , said "professional and far interrogated about political conflicts, and includes financial aspects and suspicions of corruption, where I received a lot of messages about the existence of suspicions of corruption in the Commission across social networking and phone calls , " pointing to " the importance of the legal proceedings to resolve about it." A statement by the Media Department of the Council of Representatives, received a (long) version of it, "it was to identify the interrogation dates of the masters of officials submitted to the Presidency in the installation phase , " noting that "hearing next Thursday will see the announcement dates of interrogation requests and number seven requests that met the legal proceedings." 
    Furthermore, the parliament speaker noted , "there are several requests for vacant seats for MPs, the first rather than the Attorney deceased Azim Ajman, the second rather than the Attorney - Qasim al - Araji , who was Astaizharh , " adding that "applications are being studied by the Presidency of the Council and advertising it will be on Thursday , according to the legal standard and the elections. "
