Hakim stresses the need for investment in reconstruction projects

president of the National Alliance , Mr. Ammar al - Hakim urged to resort to the private sector and investment in projects of reconstruction. This came during a meeting in his office in Baghdad yesterday, Minister of Construction and Housing Ann wholesome Osei. Osei to also indicated "considerable efforts made by the ministry in restoring services to the liberated areas, in addition to trying to accomplish projects that are nearing completion and stalled due to the economic situation Lalani , especially in the areas of water and sewage systems to protect them from extinction factors and the loss of money and the efforts that have been made in these projects."
