Oil prices rose for the second day in a row supported by US data showed that crude stocks fell after rising for nine weeks in addition to the weakness of the dollar after the Federal Reserve 's decision to raise interest rates.

However , the rise from the lowest level in three months was cautious as investors looked for more evidence that the supply cuts led by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries "OPEC" will bring a drop sustained in stocks since the start of OPEC and independent producers to cut production since the first of January / December The second.

By 10:05 GMT , the International benchmark Brent crude rose 60 cents to $ 52.41 a barrel , after falling on Tuesday to $ 50.25 a barrel, the lowest level since November 30 when the "OPEC" has announced plans to reduce supplies.

The US light crude rose 55 cents to $ 49.41 a barrel , recovering also from the lowest level in three months.

Prices have increased two percent this week after data showed that US inventories have fallen from record high levels.

The US Energy Information Administration said inventories fell by 237 thousand barrels in the week ending on March / March 10 , contrary to expectations of a rise for the tenth week in a row.
