Iraq stands ready to set up housing complexes in cooperation with investment companies

Rafidain Bank announced on Tuesday, expressed its readiness to cooperate with investment companies for the purpose of establishing residential complexes in the country and the granting of loans to citizens to purchase housing units in those projects executed by them so as to contribute to solving the housing crisis.
According to the bank in a statement obtained by "direction Press" a copy of it, he stands ready "to cooperate with investment companies for the purpose of establishing residential complexes in the country and the granting of loans to citizens to purchase housing units in those executed by them projects so as to contribute to solving the housing crisis" .
He called on bank investment companies to "provide all the investment project, which is intended to establish housing requirements and then be conducted on the disclosure of the project by the General Administration of the bank and then make sure that there is no sign mortgage or reservation on the project to anyone" .
The statement added that "the bank will allocate certain branches to grant loans to citizens to buy these housing units.
