    He said , "The import of such quantities of this material cost of Iraq 's economy significant losses and up to $ 300 per ton of flour zero, about $ 750 million a year in addition to the loss of a very large job opportunities, not to mention the waste of an opportunity to extract significant quantities of accompanying material production including animal feed} {bran. "
    Said Capt . "The lack of planning and prudent management of this economic sector by the Ministry of Commerce and over many years, causing the left loaf Iraqi bread captive speculation belonging flour dealers to countries of the region, which respond to Iraq every day at least 6000 tons of flour a day . " .
    He stressed the captain on the need for " the formation of a committee with the power to make the decision of the relevant authorities to resolve the issue of commercial flour, and to investigate the phenomenon of wasting public wealth and foreign currency to import the material can be secured locally and cost much less, not to mention that the management of this productive file within Iraq will provide employment opportunities for a number large labor and the most important is to support the private sector because takes its active role in the development of the Iraqi economy needs ".anthy
