The Minister of Planning Salman Jumaili , Saturday, the need to prepare a new development plan after the liberation of the Iraqi territory from the control of the organization "Daesh" is complete, and with the view that the military victory over the organization " is not enough", he noted that Iraq suffers from a recession due to a decline in oil prices.
