    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier Deputy for Economy Affairs, Salih al-Mutlag, called the Japanese companies to expand thier activities and increase the mutual visits as well as conducting training programs in various services sectors.Mutlag reported in a speech that he delivered in the ceremony that was held at the Japanese Embassy building on the occasion of inauguration Fallujah Hospital specialized in treating women and children diseases that ”The negative effects of USA war in Fallujah in 2004 are almost similar to the effects that resulted of Hiroshima bomb where the number of people affected with cancerous diseases and babies with congenital malformations doubled.”Mutlag concluded his speech ”By thanking the Japanese for promoting humanitarian relation with Iraqi people,” expressing his trust that “The Iraqi people will appreciate this gesture and will consider it as a debt to Japan.” \END\
