    It announced the Basra Governorate Council, the presence of more than 16 trillion dinars for the province as receivables owed by the central government of previous budgets and allocations petrodollar.

    A provincial council member Hussam Abu Hail / "There is a lot of money has been returned to the central government from previous budgets of Basra, as well as the petrodollar allocations that have not acted acted until now."

    He said Abu Hail that "the total amount of the benefits of Basra owed by the central government of more than 16 trillion dinars," noting that "there are correspondences and moves to divert part of these amounts to complete the stalled projects who have exceeded completed 80% rates and disrupted."
