Official newspaper "Sabah" quoted a ministry official source said, " the federal budget for the year 2017, did not refer to the stop of grades, because the country is moving towards variables, and there are staff referred to retire and others were replaced, along with cases of death and leave, so requires the appointment of the command and new replacements for them. "
