    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Wihda al-Jumaili, of Motahidoun Alliance called the local governments to avoid the political disputes and serve the citizens.[/ltr]
    [ltr]In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, she said “We were optimistic over the new governments because they are the result of the democratic process, but unfortunately they are about to be affected by the political disputes where some political sides are affected by the political parties and not to serve the citizens.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]“These governments have to serve the citizens according to the Provinces Law and avoid the political conflict and the affect of the political parties because this is their task and they do not represent a political parliament,” she added.[/ltr]
    [ltr]“If they continue being affected by the political disputes, they will move from providing services to adopting disputes,” she concluded.[/ltr]

    IMHO u gotta replace some laws when u go to a democratic country it's call conformize , allot has to change when have been controlled bye dictator and that's all u know !!!! So u guys meet n the middle $$$$
