WASHINGTON (Reuters) - US President Donald Trump warned Friday that Washington's military response to North Korea was ready and said the solutions were "funded" and ready for launch.
"Our military solutions are now fully deployed and stacked in anticipation of an unwise behavior by North Korea," he wrote in a tweet at his Twitter account. We hope Kim Jong-un will find another way. "
Tramp had already threatened Pyongyang with the "American fire and anger not seen by the world" following North Korean hints of a missile strike on US bases on the island of Guam.
US Defense Secretary James Matisse also spoke of the need for a military option for the conflict with North Korea, but admitted that his country favors a diplomatic solution, because any war with Pyongyang would be "disastrous."
