    [ltr]Iranian President Hassan Rowhani stressed the need to preserve the independence and impartiality of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and that it is the only reference to confirm his country's commitment to the nuclear agreement.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The IAEA has so far played a positive and constructive role in the implementation and stability of the nuclear agreement," Rohani said during a meeting with IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano in Tehran. "Iran is ready to strengthen its cooperation with the IAEA within the framework of international law and the nuclear agreement.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Iranian president stressed that Tehran hopes the IAEA to declare as soon as possible the final outcome based on the peaceful Iranian nuclear program, stressing the need to attend Iranian experts in the management positions of the IAEA.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Iran can not be the first to violate the nuclear agreement at all," he said. "We will remain committed to it as long as it serves our interests and believes in them."[/ltr]
    [ltr]Rohani stressed his country's refusal to exert pressure on the IAEA to influence its decisions, stressing that "the nuclear agreement should not be dealt with as an important achievement and we must establish this international agreement through broad cooperation."[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The behavior of the new American administration will never contribute to the stability and security of the region," Rowhani said. "Fighting terrorism is one of Iran's most important regional goals."[/ltr]
    [ltr]For his part, Amano stressed that the nuclear agreement is "a very good treaty" and that the government of Tehran "fulfilled all its obligations with regard to the nuclear agreement and within the framework of international law."[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The majority of senior officials in the world strongly support the nuclear agreement," Amano said. "The IAEA continues to declare its positions impartially and will announce its reports in accordance with the facts and laws of the IAEA."[/ltr]

    [ltr]He added: "We emphasize the need to support Iranian research projects and develop cooperation between Iran and the Agency and welcome the presence of Iranian specialists to occupy managerial positions in the Agency." Ending 29/34[/ltr]
