    [ltr]Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan left Monday evening for the Russian city of Sochi after a one-day visit during which he met his counterpart Vladimir Putin.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Erdogan is from Russia to Kuwait at the invitation of his emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Turkish Prime Minister Ibrahim Kalan said Erdogan would hold talks in Kuwait on bilateral trade ties and boost cooperation in the fields of construction, investment, tourism, military, defense and education.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He said the Turkish president will travel from Kuwait to Qatar to participate in the third meeting of the Turkish-Qatari strategic committee.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Erdogan's talks in Kuwait and Qatar will focus on exchanging views on regional issues and bilateral relations, including developments in Syria, Iraq and the Gulf region," the spokesman said.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Erdogan is accompanied by his wife Amina, Chief of Staff Khulosi Akar, Foreign Minister Mouloud Gawishoglu, Justice Ministers Abdul Hamid Gul, Economy Nihad Zibekji, Energy and Natural Resources Berat Albirq, Agriculture and Livestock Ahmed Ashraf Faki Baba.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Turkish delegation also includes Culture and Tourism Ministers Numan Qortulmush, Sports and Youth Osman Ashkan Pak, Forestry and Water Affairs Wesel Roglu, Transport, Communications and Maritime Transport Ahmed Arslan.[/ltr]
