    The Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar published Tuesday a secret document issued by the Saudi Foreign Ministry, a letter from Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, containing a summary of discussions and recommendations on the project of establishing relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel, Strategic Partnership Agreement with the United States.
    "The document, which is being unveiled for the first time, proves everything that has been leaked since President Trump's visit to Saudi Arabia last May on the launch of US efforts to sign a peace treaty between Saudi Arabia and Israel," the paper said. And the following, also, of information on the exchange of visits between Riyadh and Tel Aviv, the most important visit of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia to the Zionist entity.

    I have the honor to forward to you the draft of the establishment of relations between the Kingdom and the State of Israel based on the Strategic Partnership Agreement with the United States of America, which was discussed with the Secretary of State of the United States of America,
     
    Saudi Arabia is the hub of Islam and the land of the Two Holy Mosques. More than 1.6 billion Muslims travel to Mecca five times a day in their prayers, and have a great influence and diplomatic power that lend credence to peace.
     
     
     
    To face Iran by increasing sanctions on ballistic missiles and reconsidering the nuclear deal
     
    The Kingdom has pledged in the strategic partnership agreement with US President Donald Trump that any US-Saudi effort is the key to success. Saudi Arabia is the best country in the Arab and Muslim world to rally others towards a solution. No solution to the Palestinian cause can be legitimized unless the Kingdom supports it.     Saudi Arabia's rapprochement with Israel involves a risk to the Muslim peoples of the Kingdom, because the Palestinian cause represents a spiritual and historical and religious heritage. The Kingdom will not take this risk unless it feels the United States' sincere approach to Iran, which is destabilizing the region by sponsoring terrorism, its sectarian policies and interfering in the affairs of others. This Iranian behavior was officially condemned by the Muslim world at the OIC conference Islamic Conference held in Istanbul in April 2016.
     
    Accordingly, the peace project proposed by the Kingdom is based on the following:
     
    First, any rapprochement between the Kingdom and Israel depends on the parity of the relationship between the two countries. At the military level, Israel is the only country possessing nuclear weapons in the Middle East, which gives it a factor of superiority in regional balance of power. Therefore, the Kingdom should be allowed to possess such deterrent elements Or Israel's demilitarization.
     
    Second: Saudi Arabia will harness its diplomatic capabilities and political relations with the Palestinian Authority and with Arab and Islamic countries to facilitate finding reasonable, acceptable and innovative solutions to the disputed issues contained in the Arab peace initiative presented by Saudi Arabia, and through the adoption of innovative solutions by the United States The two main issues, Jerusalem and Palestinian refugees, are as follows:
     
     
     
    Agreement of Principles

    To make efforts to distribute Palestinian refugees to the Arab countries and to give them their nationality and settle in them.
     
    Thirdly, the Kingdom proposed in the partnership agreement with President Trump that Saudi Arabia and the United States needed to reach agreement on the main principles of the final solution, followed by a meeting between the foreign ministers of the region at the invitation of the United States in order to obtain acceptance from the parties on these principles. President Trump then calls on leaders from the region to adopt these principles, and negotiations will then begin on the final agreement.
     
    Intensive intelligence cooperation in the fight against organized crime and drug trafficking supported by Iran and Hezbollah
     
     
     
    Fourth: The most effective role for Saudi Arabia is to support and mobilize others towards a solution that achieves a new era of peace and prosperity between Israel and the Arab and Islamic world.
     
    At the beginning of normalizing relations with Israel, normalization will not be acceptable to public opinion in the Arab world. But Saudi Arabia believes that the compatibility of Israeli technologies with the economic capabilities of the Gulf states and the size of their markets and Arab human energy will unleash the potential of the Middle East and achieve prosperity, stability and peace.
     
    Fifth: The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is the longest conflict in the region, and has been used by extremists to justify their actions. It also distracted regional actors from focusing on the main threat to the region - Iran.Resolving this conflict will open the way for security, trade, investment and more effective cooperation in confronting Iran. Therefore, the Saudi and Israeli sides agree on the following:
     
    1. Contribute to counter any activities that serve Iran's aggressive policies in the Middle East.

    2 Increase US and international sanctions related to Iranian ballistic missiles.
     
    3 Increase sanctions on Iran's sponsorship of terrorism around the world.

    5. Limiting Iran's access to its frozen assets and exploiting the deteriorating economic situation of Iran and marketing it to increase pressure on the Iranian regime from within.
     
    6. Intensive intelligence cooperation in the fight against organized crime and drug trafficking supported by Iran and Hezbollah.
