    [ltr]Iraqis continue to acquire non-Jordanian investors on the real estate market in the Hashemite Kingdom since the beginning of this year and to this day, advancing on many nationalities.[/ltr]
    [ltr]A statistical report by the Jordanian Department of Lands and Survey, Mawazine News, revealed that "the Iraqis ranked first in terms of selling the property with a total of 957 properties during the current year."[/ltr]

    [ltr]According to the department, "the number of real estate sales to non-Jordanian investors during the past 11 months of this year amounted to 2553 transactions, including 1893 transactions for apartments and 660 transactions of land valued at about 420 million dollars."[/ltr]

    [ltr]The number of real estate sales to non-Jordanian investors during the month of November last year of 262 transactions, including 199 transactions for apartments and 63 transactions of land estimated value of about 31 million dollars.[/ltr]
