    [ltr]The dialogue between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government begins early next year, the London-based Al Hayat newspaper reported Saturday.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The newspaper said quoting an Iraqi source as saying that "dialogue between the federal government and the government of Kurdistan will begin at the beginning of the year under the auspices of the United Nations," indicating that "President Fuad Masum will oversee the preparation of this dialogue."[/ltr]
    [ltr]"There is no date for the start of the dialogue but it will be after the New Year celebrations under the auspices of the United Nations Mission in Iraq (UNAMI)," the source said, adding that "the issue of salaries, borders and airport management will be resolved."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "Western diplomats working in Iraq are pressing for the start of dialogue, because of fears that the crisis transforms without reconstruction and impede the election after a call."[/ltr]

    The Iraqi newspaper Al-Hayat, Saturday, quoted an Iraqi source, that the dialogue between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government will start early next year.
    The newspaper said, citing the source as saying that "the dialogue between the federal government and the government of Kurdistan will begin at the beginning of the year under the auspices of the United Nations," indicating that "President Fuad Masum will supervise the preparation of this dialogue."
