The Department of Trade and Finance Control in the Ministry of Commerce on Wednesday called for intensifying control measures on mills, silos and rationing agents in Baghdad and the provinces.
Director of the Department Hussain Farhan said during a meeting of the directors of the branches of commercial control in a statement received by "Economy News" that the meeting stressed the need to form periodic committees to follow up production and processing in the civil and governmental mills and follow-up laboratory examination, To take the necessary measures to follow up the records of the value of the sale of bran and check the additional hours for staff working in the mills.
He added that the meeting directed the branch managers to follow up the names that are blocked from the ration and to match them with the central database in the planning and follow-up department, in addition to follow-up cases of death and write-off, the creation and cancellation of complaints and complaints, and the number of individuals and families with branches of food,
In turn, Assistant Director General of the Department of Commercial and Financial Control Shaker Saadi, said that the meeting also discussed the process of storage in the silos and inventory of companies in violation of the controls and instructions provided by the registration of companies in the Ministry of the processing of citizens and displaced in the provinces ration quotas in addition to the need to expedite the submission of statements And special reports on the control tours of mills, agents and silos in order to take the necessary action.
Pointing out that the meeting dealt with the most important problems and obstacles facing the work of branches of control in the provinces and discuss the appropriate solutions and proposals that contribute to the evaluation of the performance audit.
