North Korea made a historic appeal to its southern neighbor

North Korean authorities have appealed to the South Korean people to ease tensions between Pyongyang and Seoul.
According to ZTAC, the North Korean government appealed to the South Korean people, saying that the unification of the two Koreas is the most important task for the two peoples.
North Korea has stressed that the unification of the two Koreas is a matter for both countries and peoples only, hinting at the need for non-interference by a third party, while at the same time considering any interference is unacceptable.
In the same context, North Korea proposes to reduce its criticisms and its nuclear programs, which leads to the entry of relations between the two countries in many problems. Pyongyang called on the Korean nation to oppose the US policy that could lead to nuclear war. The North and the activation of humanitarian and political activities and strengthen the party ties between them. The North Korean authorities expressed the hope that the year 2018 will be a "year of sharp transformation" on the issue of rapprochement between the two countries. C
