The White House confirmed the United States commitment to support its partners in defending themselves, stressing that the actions of the Houthis prove the involvement of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
The White House said in a press statement that the Houthis responded to the United Nations efforts to reactivate the political process by threatening more reckless rocket attacks, such as those carried out on Sunday (on Saudi Arabia).
According to the statement, the White House said that the actions of the Huthis questioned their commitment to the peace process, and prove again that the Iranian Revolutionary Guards continue to disrupt the political process and escalation of hostilities, and destabilize the region by providing the Houthis and others with weapons.
