Decisions of the Council of Ministers Session No. 49 in 11/26/2013
The Cabinet held its forty-ninth regular in Baghdad on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, issued by the Council and the following decisions:
1 - to approve the sale of residential land planned for a slice of the poor under the decision of the Council of Ministers (254) for the year 2013 at a price of (100) a hundred dinars per square meter, according to Article 40 of the law on the sale and lease of state property No. 21 for the year 2013.
2 - assigning cell crisis, civil emergency identifying the needs of the provinces of equipment to support the engineering effort where, and to cover the amount required Mounaqlh of the investment budget of the Ministry of Oil, and the purchase-style direct from the brands (brands) discreet buy centrally and distributed to the provinces according to their need for specific, with the exception of purchase Instructions for the execution of contracts.
3 - assigned to the Ministry of Commerce to receive rice for this year 2013 as follows:

5 - approved a draft law of social protection, the auditor by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item and 80 first / second item) of the Constitution, taking into account the second table proposed by the Commission related to the determine the amounts of subsidy granted to the beneficiary.
6 - approved a draft law to install property in farmland and orchards are excluded from the work of the settlement, the auditor by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first and 80 / Allenbd II) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion Legal Department of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
7 - amending paragraph (2) of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (197) for the year 2013, as follows: the Ministry of Finance / Accounting Department to pay advances to the Ministry of Oil / Oil Products Distribution Company, for the purpose of securing funds for the processing of generators residential Gasoil for free, provided they are repaid by taking amounts over the search when preparing estimates and allocations within the budget of the Ministry of Oil for the financial year 2014 /.
