    [ltr]Russia, Turkey and Iran on Saturday reaffirmed their commitment to maintain a ceasefire regime in Syria that could reduce the level of violence.[/ltr]
    [ltr]In a joint statement, the three countries also called on the United Nations and the international community to support Syria in the interests of all Syrians.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Reaffirming the importance of efforts to reduce violence, the ministers reaffirmed the commitment to maintain a ceasefire regime that can reduce violence on the ground and has played an effective role in alleviating human suffering," the statement issued after the meeting of the foreign ministers of the three countries.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The statement strongly rejected any undermining of Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity, stressing the importance of confronting any similar agenda under the pretext of combating terrorism.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The foreign ministers appealed to the international community, especially the United Nations and its humanitarian agencies, to help Syria in the interest of all Syrians, including by participating in demining, restoring the country's main infrastructure and providing economic and social opportunities by preserving the country's historical heritage," he said.[/ltr]
