    [rtl]The governor of Kirkuk, the agency Rakan Jubouri, on Saturday, that what happened to the province after the parliamentary elections, "crisis" by all standards, noting that there is no solution to the crisis only by re-counting and sorting manually.[/rtl]

     

    [rtl]"What happened in Kirkuk is a crisis by all standards, especially after the stability witnessed by the province after the plan to impose the law and the return of state sovereignty over all areas of the province," Jubouri said in a statement to the Saudi daily Asharq Al-Awsat.[/rtl]
