The Council of Ministers issues a decision on the accumulation of containers in Umm Qasr
28/5/2018 12:00 am [rtl] BAGHDAD / AL- SABAH The Cabinet issued a resolution on the accumulation of containers in the northern port of Umm Qasr and a number of measures have been taken.
